Customer Service Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Answer incoming calls, Chat and email regarding on product, service, technical issues and general customer’s concerns - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality, age 22 - 26 years old - Bachelor’s degree in any field - Good English communication skill - Good service minded, willing to help and positive thinking attitude - Ability to handle in multi-task - Experiences in call center or customer service background (will be advantage) - Friendly and courteous with clear tone of voice, proactive and patient - Good computer and internet skills Prefer: Fluent in Korean or Chinese Salary: Negotiable
