หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for reception and consultation at sales gallery, develop and maintenance of customers and to provide customers with a professional service;
• - Understand customer needs in detail and summarize visit information;
• - Communicate with potential customers and facilitate transactions.
• - Communicate with the owner, assist the owner to inspect the house and check the documents and items.
• - Responsible for disposal data, document receiving and filling;
• - Explore potential customers through various channels and customer sources, and timely input customer information into the company’s system.
• - Assist manager and team to do all kinds of work, make and implement the plan of sales, transfer and inspection.
• - Communicate with other departments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 3-5 years working experience in sales
• - Have a background in real estate business property management would be advantage
• - English and Chinese are must. (would be advantage)
• - An excellent communicator
• - A good negotiator
• - Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients
• - Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
• - Able to work under pressure
• - Smart and business like
