• Sales and Service Engineer Job Description: This position will be responsible for the following: 1. Finding new customers in the area of Thailand. 2. Work with the Sales Team Leader at his direction. 3. Understand customer needs, prepare quotations to meet customer needs, work with customer to receive the purchase order, work with supplier to ensure proper delivery. 4. Work with Sales Admin to ensure the sales order is executed properly. 5. Install new machines at customer site. 6. Provide training to customers for new machines. 7. Run application tests as necessary. 8. Maintain equipment and do calibration routines at customer sites. 9. Manage spare parts sales and after install sales work. 10. Other duties at the management’s discretion including some sales work, especially for service packages. 11. This position requires overseas travelling for training purposes. Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or higher 2. Experience 1-2 years in Sales, Service & Maintenance and General business administration of electronics and semiconductor. 3. Knowledge in electronics and semiconductor background, maintenance contract, and Services would be advantage 4. Have vision, initiative and an orientation towards delivering good service and achieving target, team player and self-motivated, Management skills 5. Strong in computer and presentation skills 6. Good command of English communication 7. Pleasant personality and efficient communication skills 8. Own car and driving license
