หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide comprehensive HR support to all departments, including compliance, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Maintain meticulous employee records in accordance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes to Thai labor laws and advise management on compliance.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR role. (Female only)
• Thai fluency is a must. English proficiency is preferred.
• Proven understanding of Thai labor law and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
