Handling presale support such as technical delivery solution communication with customers, SRS test, Technical solution review, Service product expansion support, Site Integration & Cutover, Site Trouble shooting & etc
Managing the technical team during the project delivery, such as managing technical risk with issues and EHS
Handling technical solution development for major projects or organizing technical teams to develop technical solutions.
Conducting the testing with the technical team and responsible for the acceptance.
Leading team to support the PAT document site integration
Creating Team’s technical skills improvement and evaluation.
