หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage product assignments, from implementation to maintenance. • Design, install, and maintain wired/wireless networks and security infrastructure for clients. • Monitor and address network/security incidents. • Provide standby/on-call and remote support. • Address customer requests and troubleshoot issues. • Collaborate with customers and the Project Team. • Coordinate with vendors (Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, etc.) for troubleshooting. • Fulfill other job requirements as necessary. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology System, or related fields. • 1 - 2 years or more experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator. • System integrator company experience is advantageous. • Knowledge of enterprise wire and wireless networks, including L2-L3 switch, Access Point, router, and security equipment such as Firewall, Bandwidth management, etc. • Familiarity with network management and monitoring software. มีประกาศนียบัตร - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Certificates in Network, Firewall, and Information System Security services.
