หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices to customers using the ERP system.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents before sending them to customers.
Record revenue recognition and received payments in the accounting software.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and track outstanding receivables.
Prepare accounts receivable reports for management.
Maintain billing and payment documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of IFRS15 / TFRS15
Can communicate in English
