Account Receivable (สีลม, Hybrid)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices to customers using the ERP system.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents before sending them to customers.
• Record revenue recognition and received payments in the accounting software.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger and track outstanding receivables.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports for management.
• Maintain billing and payment documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with accounting software and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Basic understanding of IFRS15 / TFRS15
• Can communicate in English
