Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Recording accounts payable transaction in Accounting Software and prepare Landed Cost for all imported shipments. • Recording and check reimbursement of petty cash and book clearing advance. • Preparing and control fixed assets system. • Recording necessary transactions for month end closing such as accrued expense transactions, amortization of prepaid expenses and inclulde prepare details of all accrued and prepaid expenses. • Preparing details supporting to balance sheet items. • Preparing the withholding tax report and VAT report include. • Recheck monthly sales report prepared by AR Officer and reconcile with general ledger to ensure that they are the same amount. • Preparing and check reconcile all account before closing Trail Balance. • Performing any other task assigned by Financial and Accounting Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting related field • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting/finance • Strong in Accounting Technical knowledge • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Advance excel skill • Good in software program and Express program is an advantage • Basic knowledge of Month-ended closing and VAT. • Good command of English, Team-Worker and Computer literacy (Excel prefer) • Able to work independently and able to work in a small size company • Able to interact professionally with a diverse group and leadership • Good interpersonal skills, can work under pressure and be committed to deadline The remuneration includes excellent base salary, comprehensive medical insurance and provident fund.
