Operations Advisor (Family)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Responsible for customer operation of families, maintain good relationships with them, and build a better social community in the live-streaming industry. 2.Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Ensure clients satisfaction. 3.Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.Provide analysis to management regarding the client’s feedback and level of satisfaction, start implementing plans to enhance clients experience across the organization. 4.Engage in Events planning based on customer's feedback and data analysis results. Keep the family active and increase the revenue from family customer.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor degree in any field. 2.Fluent in Thai and English (be able to speak Chinese will be advantaged), proficient in using Excel, word and other office software. 3.Pay attention to teamwork, have good communication ability, have a sense of responsibility, delicate mind, strong initiative, have the ability to resist pressure. 4.Experienced in live-streaming industry will be advantaged.
