หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Take charge of the planning and execution of internal activities, producing analyses and reports of each activity; 2. Manage the training and activity attendance, improve VJs' ability and activeness by providing timely guidance and maintenance; 3. Generate real outcomes in each activity by collaborating with other teams and external partners, and keep following up with the performance and improving the process; 4. Be aware of the trending contents and IPs, deliver guidance and plans, and improve our internal content;

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in Chinese or English communication, and HSK5 or above level certificate is preferred; 2. Have good knowledge and interests in the live-streaming industry, have learning in social media operation or content producing; 3. Outcome-oriented, and have a willingness to achieve better results; 4. Be good at communicating with artists, cross-department, and external partners; 5. Good Office (Powerpoint and Excel) Skills, a background in social media operation, marketing, or advertisement.
