IT Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Gather/Develop business requirement (user story) from related parties. - Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities. - Develop the business process flow, flow chart, system diagram, web service integration, and user interface. - Coordinate with key stakeholders on test script preparation, UAT, training, business simulation and go live readiness checking. - Provide production support after project go-live before hand over to BAU. - Escalate critical issues to PM or Head of Business Solution Delivery and Quality Assurance & Manage the dependencies with other projects. - Be a change agent in implementing the new process/new system. - Adoptability to different environments and quick learning capabilities. - Lead a small project on a day to day basis to deliver the plan to time, quality and budget - Prepare quality status report and materials needed to facilitate critical decisions by the Project Steering Committee / Sponsor/ Stakeholders/ Project Governance Board. - Working on multiple projects at one time; communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Operation Management, Statistic, Business Administration, Economics, IT, MIS, or other related filed. - Logical thinking - Good in Microsoft Products: MS Office, MS Windows, MS Project, MS Visio and JIRA software - Ability to work under complex condition and time constraint. - Self-Development, Communication, Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills. - Multi-tasking, good team player, flexible, punctual and interest to learn new things - Good command of spoken and written English. - 6-8+ years experiences in BA, project management, or other related fields in insurance, banking business, consulting or others services industry. - Experience in insurance system is preferable. - Programming Skills: Web & Windows Application, Web Service, SOAP, WCF, REST API, HTML, JavaScript, CSS - Database Skills: SQL, Store Procedure
