UX UI

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Apply UX and design thinking framework to develop new products/services and enhance existing business. - Researching, designing and prototyping new user experiences for web/mobile web/mobile app/TV based on business requirements. - Designing the customer journey to offer a great user experience across the online business channels. - Working with other business stakeholders such as Sales & Marketing, and Software Engineering to understand market trends for the customers. - Strong visual design skills , screen mockups . - Conduct Agile(UX/UI) activities including user story, flows, experience road map, prototyping, and usability test. - Collaborate with product owners, developers and testers to deliver the best user experience in each project. - Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience. - Creativity and understanding of color, type, imagery and composition. - Have solid knowledge of responsive design principles. - Able to break down requirement/estimate effort and time in order to manage and deliver task within timeline

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree - Rapid prototyping with paper or software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision - Understand and create persona and user journey through user research and data - Conduct user research and usability testing - Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs - Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision - Visual design knowledge and skills for mobile and web - Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design - Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies. - Delivery or Travel or Live streaming industry knowledge is an advantage.
