Responsibilities: • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used. • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments. • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts. • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and provide internal reports regularly. • Create and maintain online listings across online platforms including optimize rich content. • Coordinate with sales team to create and develop digital marketing campaigns. • Prepare graphic, videos, podcasts, job ads, art-work, infographic and all media materials to PR/release. • Ensure all of content and media accurate word proofing for the firming brand purpose. • Promote company’s product and services in the digital space. • Ensure that the brand message is consistent and building brand awareness in the positive way. • Manage organization’s website and up-to-date news and information. • Work on SEO of the website pages to drive customer acquisition. • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, engage, subscription and conversion of the leads. • Creating and executing email-based marketing campaigns. • Other tasks assigned by direct and dotted reporting lines.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management. • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing. • Experience executing paid and non-paid social media campaigns. • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe. • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time. • Incredible attention to details. • Full understanding of all social media platforms. • Problem solving skills. • Knowledge of content management systems.
