หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Qualification :: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT , Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS or related field. • Self-motivated team player with Good Attitude and excellent Interpersonal skills • Have more than 2 years experience in IT, System design field. • Experience in Enterprise Solution design will be advantage. • Good knowledge & experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology. • Conceptual knowledge in Object-Oriented analysis and UML design • Experience in one or more : MySQL /SQL Server/ Oracle /Crystal reports /Java Scripts/XML • Knowledge of Process design, development and Optimization, Web Service technologies like WEDL, SOAP, REST, JSON etc will be an advantage • Good paper works skill and experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio) Responsibilities :: • Responsible for the collection of Business requirements raised by business and/or markets units, and their analysis to produce functional specifications. • Able to create conceptual of products / services as request by customer or business ‘s requirement for pre-sale support process. • Able to perform IT design, configuration, prototyping, unit testing/ documentation, batch variants setup and define management of change requirements • System Design skill with strong ability to collect business requirements, perform a fit/ gap analysis, apply Retail industry best practices, and define use cases for implementations in a global environment • Design business test case and including conduct, perform testing process to produce the quality products / services. • Follow the development with the development teams and outsources to answer functional questions and review functional impacts of technical decisions • Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments / improvements for the implementation. • Collaborates with the Project Manager, developer and other team member. • Analytical cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system. • Prioritize, track and manage task items. • Research new technologies and IT trend to improvement company’s product and services and share best practices with other team members and provide technical guidance when applicable. • Any support if request / assign by management team
