Sales Representative Medical

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Cultivating and maintaining strong Relationships with existing customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionalsion with the Product and Division Manager with an action plan for achieving the forecast; and planning and submission of the following year sales target (latest by 15th December of the current year). Provide sales support to the sales staff in his/her team in order to close sales as effective and efficient as possible. Responsible to study for sales proposals, tenders, contract administration, planning and scheduling of work for the team in your direct area of responsibility. Training of the sales force on selling techniques , products knowledge and closing approaches. Assist in organizing product seminars and technical symposium as well as supporting product introduction. Responsible for developing and carrying out of selling strategies and tactics identify sales opportunities as well as understanding and reporting competitors activities on products handled by his team.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Presenting and demonstrating our products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
• Negotiating and closing sales contracts with customers
• Providing excellent post-sales support and customer service
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• คุณสมบัติ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี มีประสบการณ์บริษัทเครื่องมือแพทย์ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคนิคการแพทย์,สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ ,สาขาอุปกรณ์การแพทย์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีพาหนะใช้ในการทำงาน มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง มีใจรักงานบริการ มีประสบการณ์การด้านขายเครื่องมือแพทย์เท่านั้น
