หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Purpose: Overseeing the production of goods and/or provision of services and the company businesses. Operations Manager's job is to make sure an organization is running as well profitable as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. Responsibilities:  Ensure that the industry standard with regard to safety, hygiene and follow company policy  Ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.  Ensure that guests receive high quality service  Ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with  They will also collate and disseminate food safety alerts when appropriate and be responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with the group health and safety policy  The job holder will be responsible for maintaining and helping enforce the agreed brand standards for each unit by conducting and managing monthly audits  They will also liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicated to the entire Food and Beverage team, where appropriate.  Responsible for Monthly / Quarterly inventory taking / COGS (costs of good sale), business expenses include breakage.  Plan staff roster and training schedule.  Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labor  Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.  Set budget under Senior Management's supervision

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• มีประสบการณ์บริหารร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ ศูนย์อาหาร สามารสื่อสารและเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดีเนื่องจากมีผู้บังคับบัญชาเป็นชาวต่างชาติ Thai nationality only อายุ 35-45 ปี (คนไทย สามารถสื่อสารภาษษอังกฤษได้ดี)
