หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• รายละเอียดงานและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ • Provide supports to internal and external users, act as first-line helpdesk • Monitor and respond to incidents of all systems. • Escalate problems to the vendors if necessary. • Manage issues and problems of all systems and provide statistics and summary reports. • Conduct testing of new applications, systems, new version updates, system patches, ensuring that they will not have unacceptable affects to the IT operations and existing IT systems. • Deploy new application implementation, application version updates, system patching. • Conduct user trainings, create user manuals and IT service manuals • Manage IT inventory, e.g. POS, EDC, computers, printers, IT equipment, etc., and ensure that the inventory is up to date. • Manage POS system, providing supports to install, upgrade, problem fixing, etc. • Assist the project team to implement, evaluate and implement new systems. • Check and verify accuracy of system’s data. • Produce daily reports for IT and internal users • Provide supports to office users: o Software installations, software updates and applying software patches o Fixing software issues and IT equipment issues o Set up new computers and printers for new users. o Remove users, access rights and bring back computer equipment • Manage and update the company’s website according to the user requirements. • Coordinate with the marketing team for contents and update it on the company’s website. • Perform Sales force data analysis • Perform POS data analysis.

• Gender: Male/ Female Age: 25-30 Yrs Education Bachelor degree Major IT, Computer Science or related. Experience 0-5 years
