IT Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Perform any tasks assigned by superior - Drive people development activities, including knowledge management in the section / area under responsibility to develop capabilities to deliver expected performance. - Encourage continuous learning in the section / area under responsibility - Communicate information policies, strategies correctly and effectively to all employees in order to apply in practice" - Plan, coordinate and execute IT projects and tasks - Able to work at flexible time to accomplish tasks and responsibilities. - Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining to subordinates - Coordinate and maintain relationship with users, IT team, vendors and all related parties." - Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time - Agree costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitor these through the project to ensure budget effectiveness" - Keep management and clients updated on progress - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
