Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Other work : May be required to contact / visit customers on Saturday.

Responsible

• Propose products, service, and support to domestic customers
• Establish solid communication, co-ordination with either existing or new clients proving good base for sales growth
• Establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
• Manage customer satisfaction by building, strengthening, and maintaining good relationships with all accounts.
• Ensure fulfillment of sales and other objectives by means of implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to get the right solution for customers.
• Provide technical advisory to customers and be able to solve basic technical problems
• Create documents and reports related to sales works

More qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Experiences regarding Food Ingredients and Food Additives fields would be an advantage
• Good technical, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, open minded, motivated, service-minded and able to work under more pressure & travel to upcountry.
• Good command in English and computer literacy
• Driving license granted
