Assembly Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assist Assembly Manager to make improvements in Assembly areas such as productivity, quality, on time delivery and OEE, to ensure all new projects and technical upgrading in Assembly can be completed on time；Especially to make sure that the manual assembly will be replaced by automation, the efficiency will be improved and cost will be down. Responsibilities: Works closely with Machine R&D team to provide fixture and processes status updates for new Assembly machine, fully in compliance to APQP, PPAP requirements; On time to complete all advanced documentations related to pre-Launch, including PFMEAs, flows chart, and operator instructions etc.; Provide positive manufacturing inputs during new machine design phase, in order to eliminate any potential design failure to manufacturing process; Monitoring gages, jig and fixtures development progresses and outcome evaluation; Troubleshoots to new products on assembly process and equipment, including short term and long term solution; Supports and fields customer complaints, working together with cross functional team led by QA to determine root cause and develop corrective actions; Conducts PFMEA, DOE, SPC analysis to fulfill customer requirements and manufacturing process development initiatives; Qualifications College or above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process; Experience in the assembly is must. Minimum 1 years’ experience using Pro/Engineer or Solidworks; Manufacturing process knowledge, related assembly, and injection molded plastics industry preferred; Able to clearly identify the problem to be solved and communicate it to co-workers.
