Business Planning Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Define, develop and implement business planning processes. - Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning method. - Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational objectives. - Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements. - Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. - Coordinate with all departments to implement people development activities or programs to drive for organization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, or related fields. - Must have work experience 5-6 years in Business Planning Manager - Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint - Strong analytical, problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis with high level of confidentiality - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well with at all levels of the organization - Excellent in English
