Bill Placement Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and related financial documents.
• Generate receipts, tax invoices, and other payment-related documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of billing documents before submitting them to clients.
• Record and maintain detailed payment transaction data.
• Coordinate with clients for billing, cheque collection, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with prior experience as an AR Supervisor.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and advanced MS Excel, Experience with EXACT ERP or SAP is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, integrity, and reliability, Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English.
• Availability: Candidates who can start immediately will be given special consideration.
