Payment Staff (Accounts Receivable) Contract 1 Year

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in the system.
• Accounts Receivable: Process payments, track outstanding balances, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment transactions while maintaining precise financial records.
• Refund Processing: Handle customer refunds efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of amounts, reasons, and customer details.
• Administrative Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures and maintain organized financial records.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (entry-level candidates may be considered). Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling high-volume transactions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
