หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Document Handling: Collect, organize, and maintain all payment-related documents systematically.
• Payment Record Management: Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in the system.
• Document Review: Verify payment documents for completeness and process them with the bank.
• Coordination: Communicate with internal teams and clients to obtain missing documentation or clarify payment details.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (entry-level candidates may be considered). Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling high-volume transactions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and document management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
