Procurement Associate (EV, Solar, MEP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead procurement of materials and subcontractors for EV, Solar, and MEP projects
• Develop and prepare BOQ based on project specs in coordination with Engineering team
• Perform cost analysis and comparison of suppliers and contractors to ensure best value procurement
• Conduct and manage bidding processes; evaluate technical and commercial proposals
• Build, qualify, and maintain vendor/contractor lists; conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
• Negotiate both commercial terms and contract agreements with vendors and contractors
• Structure and manage procurement files, documentation, and records systematically
• Monitor procurement timelines to ensure alignment with project milestones
• Achieve procurement cost-saving targets through value engineering and negotiation strategies

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related (preferred: Solar, EV, or High Voltage)
• Knowledgeable in supplier market, cost structures, and contractor management in EV, Solar, MEP sectors
• Proven experience in cost comparison, BOQ preparation, and supplier negotiation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing procurement documentation effectively
• Background in EPC project procurement is a strong advantage
