Sales Engineer (House Solution)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · Truly understand different variations of products and their add-on along with sales close-won trigger points · Approach prospect customers generated from marketing activities mainly over Online Channels; Face-to-Face meetings might be required from time to time · Identify product requirement and constraints from prospect customers · Utilize input per above to proactively formulate product recommendation and estimate rough pricing for customers to nail down the scope · Arrange meeting with customers for the inspection · Coordinate with Construction team in issuing final quotation and negotiating with customers on the contract sign-off · Ensure that sales target is achieved with healthy profitability · Put together in performance reporting and analysis · Provide hands-on recommendations on products and internal process · Be familiar with 24 FIX’s fast paced environment and Start-up culture

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, and other relevant areas · 1 – 3 years’ work experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles · Experience in Home Solution Sales along with understanding of its business nature is big plus · Strong convincing, influencing, negotiating and communication skills · Committed to result along with detail oriented and excellent customer service mind · Can-do attitude whilst staying humble for personal development
