Renovation Inspector

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Responsibilities · Performs incoming AQL inspection on finished goods/components according to written standard operating procedures, work instructions, and specifications. · Able to engage and communicate effectively with contractors while on site. · Performs process and test audits as prescribed in standard operating procedures, work instructions, and specifications. · Verifies and performs checks on SOP as established in procedures pertaining to operation areas before, during, and after production. · Reports any deviations in-process issues to Ops team · Works with and supports Operation functions which involve Quality · Monitors team members to ensure that they follow the rules and regulations set by the company Qualification · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer major or related field · Minimum 3-5 years in Quality Control or related work experience · Knowledge and experience with construction or building systems/facilities experience. · Excellent communication skills in writing, listening, and responding to feedback · Attention to detail and organization of tasks and workloads · Highly motivated and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. · Self-managing, able to workdays without oversight · Have a willingness to mentor the team
