Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop projects.
Defines and designs activities, starting from existing solutions.
Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters.
Accountable for entire project management such as timeline, budget, and manpower.
Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor, client.
Contributes and reviews the project determine proposal to timeframe, limitations, staffing procedures, requirements, and available resources.
Contacts the project client at a tactical level sponsor.
Supervise technician in building system (e.g. MEP, HVAC, M&E), house system and EV charger installation.
In charge on-site as if the project needed.
Coordinates with team to implement project tasks.
Contributes to improving and developing systems.
Multi-stack of budget controlling.
Other as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of building system (e.g. MEP, HVAC, M&E) and EV Charger installation.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in building facilities management, construction management or system installation management.
Experience in coordinating with the government sector is a plus.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft365.
Pro-active creative thinker and problem solver.
Able to work in ambiguous situations and fast paced environment.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Have a personal vehicle and be able to visit other provinces site.
