Interior Designer and Sale Assistant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Survey and inspect client’s site with sales to gather and analyze site specifications, space availability, design needs, and client’s requirements.
• Prepare budget estimate for interior design or renovation works.
• Prepare Interior design layout, mood and tone, materials examples, and other information for sale presentation to clients.
• Clear 3D Perspective drawings and construction drawings for sales presentations.
• Coordinate closely with clients, internal team and third party such as contractors, accommodation juristic persons.
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget, timeline, and client’s satisfaction.
• Other as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, and related fields.
• Proficiency in interior design and drawing programs such as Auto CAD or Sketch up.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office programs.
• Solid experience in interior design at least 3 years.
• Knowledge in interior design, materials, renovation, and basic house system.
• Able to visit client’s site with team.
• Strong creativity, artistic ability, imagination to conveyed through design works.
• A team player with an open-minded and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn and develop skills with a team and company.
• Able to conceptualize, design, draw and prepare 3D presentations for completion of project is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, punctual and ability to manage works within time frame and pressure situation.
• Have a personal vehicle to visit the sites.
• Flexibility in working days and hours align with clients’ convenient.
