Project Manager – EV Infrastructure Delivery

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Planning & Mobilization • Review project scope, schedule, deliverables, and site survey outputs before project kick-off. • Develop detailed project execution plans, manpower plans, and deployment schedules. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure project readiness. • Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans prior to mobilization.
• Site Execution Management • Lead and oversee project execution activities from mobilization through commissioning. • Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisors to ensure project progress and quality. • Ensure all site activities comply with company standards, engineering requirements, and safety regulations. • Monitor project milestones and drive timely issue resolution. • Conduct regular site visits and project reviews.
• Contractor & Vendor Management • Manage subcontractors and installation partners throughout project lifecycle. • Monitor contractor productivity, quality, safety performance, and adherence to schedules. • Coordinate material delivery and resource allocation with Procurement and Supply Chain teams. • Resolve contractor performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution. • Lead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and project close-out meetings. • Manage customer expectations and project communications. • Escalate critical issues and propose solutions proactively. • Coordinate with landlords, facility teams, consultants, utility authorities, and other stakeholders when required.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities with Engineering and Technical teams. • Ensure all punch list items are completed prior to project handover. • Verify project documentation completeness, including: commissioning reports, site acceptance documents, as-built documentation, and handover packages. • Obtain customer sign-off and project acceptance.
• Cost & Schedule Control • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource utilization. • Track project costs and identify potential overruns. • Manage variation orders and scope changes. • Provide accurate project forecasting and progress reporting.
• Safety & Quality Management • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations. • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. • Ensure corrective actions are implemented for identified quality issues. • Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and contractors.
• Process Improvement & Team Leadership • Develop and improve project execution SOPs, workflows, and governance processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and project scalability. • Support development of nationwide installation capabilities and contractor networks. • Mentor Project Coordinators, Site Supervisors, and Junior Project Managers. • Contribute to organizational capability building as the EV business scales.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, 3 years managing electrical infrastructure, EV charging, solar EPC, telecom rollout, M&E construction, utility, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience delivering multi-site projects and managing field execution teams.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, installation teams, and commissioning activities.
• Strong experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Professional Engineer License (สามัญวิศวกร)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
• NEBOSH / Safety Management certification (advantageous)
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Fluency in Thai; English proficiency for technical documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project assignments.
