Engineer (Test Engineer / Process Engineer / Quality Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - For ICT Engineer - Develop and support In - Circuit Test programs on a GR228x platform. - Provide ICT production support and Maintenance of ICT equipment. - Conduct FA (Failure Analysis) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Define appropriate corrective action. For FCT Engineer - Support all Functional Test Engineering activities which include customer support. - Yield Improvement, Trouble Shooting and ECO review implement. - Failure Analysis the Products. - Support customer on setup, upgrade, troubleshoot the automated testers. For Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer - Ensures product quality meets customer requirements - Verifies product quality and leads team through quality planning activities - Communicates with customers and suppliers in defining and developing quality requirements - Supplier Audit and Evaluation For Process Engineer / Sustaining Engineer - Develop Process flow, FMEA, Control Plan for NPI project. - Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines. - Develop NPI process design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes. - Ensure compliance to all ECO procedures and work instructions. - Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any NPI failure. - Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement. - Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies and procedures. For Equipment Engineer - Knowledge and experience with SMT and/or thru-hole PCBA processes and materials - Experience in maintenance engineering function
