Sales Engineer – ERP & Business Solutions

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities for ERP systems, business applications, software solutions, workflow automation, reporting tools, cloud solutions, and related IT services.
• Work closely with customers to understand business processes, operational pain points, functional requirements, budget expectations, and decision-making criteria.
• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, requirement discussions, and consultative sales meetings to communicate the value of ERP and business solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, application consultants, project managers, developers, and technical teams to design suitable solution proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare and support quotations, proposals, solution documents, presentations, cost estimates, project scope summaries, and sales documentation
• Manage customer follow-ups, coordinate clarification requests, support negotiations, and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline toward successful closing.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, opportunity updates, customer requirements, competitor information, and pipeline reports in CRM or internal sales tracking systems.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, or IT Solutions
• Prior experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, HR, CRM, or Accounting Software will be considered a significant advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose effective, client-focused solutions
• Strong presentation and software demo skills
• Strong command of English or Chinese is a plus
