Customer Success Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring customer records, lead status, contact details, sales activities, follow-up notes, and pipeline information are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct inside sales activities including lead qualification, outbound calls, email follow-ups, appointment setting, customer inquiries, and coordination of sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team by preparing customer information, sales tracking reports, quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor sales pipelines, track customer interactions, follow up on open opportunities, and help ensure timely movement of leads through the sales process.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, project, procurement, and finance teams to gather information needed for customer proposals, pricing, product availability, and solution recommendations.
• Analyze CRM data, sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline reports to identify opportunities for process improvement, customer retention, and sales performance enhancement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing sales
• Highly proactive with a high level of resilience and patience
• Proficiency in English communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
