• Digital Marketing specialist You will be in charge of key marketing strategies, visuals and design presence, and the executions for the brands/products we manage. The startup setting (small team) grants you the opportunity to develop the first-hand experience in all aspects of digital marketing in the uprising e-commerce industry. The output of your hard work is directly reflected and visible in major marketplaces, and be seen and recognized by millions of customers. Key Responsibilities: • Research marketplaces, formulate and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple online and mobile platforms • Monitor and analyze digital metrics and sales performance metrics closely, consistently revise and optimize marketing campaigns to improve results • Coordinate and manage sellers’ promotion calendar (flash sales/ campaigns, etc.). Identify relevant cultural and social trends to boost performances • Ideate and develop a wide range of visual assets for product illustrations, social media, and event campaigns. Conduct photographic shoot, illustration, editing, and retouching • Customer service support as needed • Work with team members to ensure outcomes that meet deadlines and high-quality standards • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing ad-hoc tasks as needed Qualifications: • A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of existing and emerging digital channels. Comprehensive understanding of online strategy, marketing media concepts, and brand management • A strong eye for visual composition and a good sense of design trends • Team player with positive thinking attitude, energetic and eager to learn more about Digital Marketing and Social Media Advertising • Be able to work self-organized and prioritize tasks within deadlines • Able to give and receive constructive criticism and able to work under pressure • Knowledge in the E-commerce industry or digital marketing is a plus • Conversational English
