- Design basic IT Infrastructure (Server / Operating System / etc.) - Support and Installation, Configuration and System Administration for Window, Linux, Unix, VMware - Maintain Database Administrator production / testing and development environments. - Perform IT helpdesk services to record, response, assign and escalate service requests and incidents accordingly. - Troubleshooting issues that occurs in the area of OS, Servers, and Virtualization - Monitor, log and track the details of each problem

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or other related fields • 3 years’ experience in Installation, Configuration Computer Hardware & Software, Operating System (UNIX, Oracle, Windows, Linux), VMware (vSphere, vSAN), Microsoft Office, Basic Network, Cabling, LAN) • Experienced in System Admin, IT Support • Good command of written and spoken English • Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines • Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated, highly responsible and punctual • Willing to contribute and work as a team
