1. Responsible for planning and creating content(Picture & VDO) for all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LINE OA, Tiktok, Youtube for boosting brand’s awareness and engagement. 2. Create content an execution strategy with strong and insightful copywriting also related to real time or in trend factors. 3. Ensure content key massage consistency, specifically regarding to brand logo & CI usage, brand image, mood and tone. 4. Monitor own platform’s performances and competitor strategies and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements. 5. Monitor all platform of social media including social media crisis management. 6. Able to coordinate with media agencies to manage campaigns and other matters.
