- Responsible for platfrom account - Manage and monitor platform parcel implementation in accordance with service contract and SLA as agreed. - Coordinate and monitor key platform personnel in each work function to ensure that work is completed efficiently and in accordance with the agreement. - Weekly and Monthy reports - Monitor the CS team's feedback on a program and ensure the issue are resolved on time. - Monitor Finance key person upload and provide feedback on finance-related requests on the 3PL portal within the leadtime. - the Lazada daily COD report (SPF document) and the Claim report - Assisting each RGM with parcel issues and ensuring that parcels are implemented in accordance with our SOP.
