Key Account Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing customers. - Keep in close contact with existing customers, communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner, and efficiently deal with customers' needs - Internal coordination with each internal department to support customer requirements and solve problems and implementation - Study marketing information, competitors, and customer information to improve service level - Attend performance review meetings with customers according to scheduled appointments - Coach team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and action plans - Analyze opportunities and possibilities for finding new customers - Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage a sales team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelors Degree in English, international trade, business management - Good command of Chinese is a must. (English is a plus.) - Experience in sales and customer service of B2B - Good command Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and word)
