Assist other departments to collect and sort out bills from customers and franchisees.
Review the accuracy and completeness of bills and ensure compliance with requirements.
Complete the bills receivable and payable to customers and franchisees within the deadline.
Timely process and collect abnormal bills. Notify customers, franchisees and responsible personnel of the company
Send the processed bills and data, sort them out and report them to the accounting department.

Bachelor's Degree in FInance, Accounting, Chinese Language or other related fields.
Have at least 1 year of experience in collecting, paying and reconciling account
Good command of English is a must. Chinese is a plus.
Excellent Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
High responsibillity and attention to details/data.
Work well under pressure and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
