Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful implementation of solutions according to client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities within your assigned accounts.
Ensure all agreements are aligned with company policies and objectives.
Track and report on key account performance metrics.

2-5 years' experience in Key Account, E-commerce, Sale, Marketing, Logistic, Account Management.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Good command Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
