หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Maintain, and troubleshoot Mikrotik router and Hillstone • Maintain, and troubleshoot VMWare infrastructure products (ESXi) • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux Server (CentOS 7, Ubuntu 20.04) • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Database Server (MySQL 5.6, MongoDB) • Co-ordinate with internal process or process or partner/vendor for repairing and corrections process when necessary • Co-ordinate and support to assist international teams • Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware and software configuration • Produce documents as required in regular work of Service Management department • Understand shell script and be able to use to eliminate routine job

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or related fields •bExperience on Linux, MySQL • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to interact effectively with other technical and non-technical resources in team environment.
