หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Providing human resources services, including policy development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, training and development, benefits, health and wellness, safety, records management - Advising on and recommending human resources solutions for business and operational needs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree required - 4 year’s experience HR Generalist (Recruit / Welfare / Time Attendance / ER / Training / Performance Management) - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, vendors, visitors, and employees - Detail-orientated, organized, with a strong sense of urgency - Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with a team, with excellent project management - Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
