SENIOR/ BIM MANAGER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility: • Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders; • Set up Building Information Modelling system by using BIM software and 3-D computer technique to do measurement of construction materials and quantities • Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards and content (library); • Conduct in-house BIM training; • Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools; • Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice; • Provide internal BIM consultancy for projects within the firm.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements: • Degree in Architecture/Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant BIM experience; • At least 8 years’ experience working in lead position on BIM projects as a BIM Manager position; • Proficiency in parametric design tools is an advantage; • Excellent knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit and Dynamo; • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
