CONSTRUCTION DRAWING MANAGER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Work on medium to large scale projects on design development. 2. Technical documentation and the preparation of documentation for Statutory Board/local authority submissions. 3. Oversee all technical aspects of projects and workability of introduced detail and joinery. 4. Inspects all drawings for buildability, code compliance, drafting standards and plan presentations. 5. Liaises with consultants, contractors and authorities on all matters relating to code compliance. 6. Advises on the approaches to code compliance and/or tender documentation to meet clients brief and programmer.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. High Vocation, Bachelor's degree or higher in Architect or related field. 2. Proficiency in CAD and BIM operation. 3. Knowledge in preparation of drawings for construction and submission to local authorities. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work as a team and lead the team. 5. Possesses 10 years or more of working experience in the construction and documentation packages (preferably in the construction field). 6. At least 4 years in supervisory role.
