SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Project Lead in Interior Design/ Interior Architectural works for on-going projects in Thailand/Vietnam, as well as any upcoming projects. - Perform Space Planning, visualize in 3D perspective, source for material, gather cost estimate from supplier. - Prepare design proposal, assist in conveying design concept to client in formal presentation. - Produce tender/construction drawing, liaise with contractor with client/consultant/suppliers. - Review and approve shop drawings and materials submitted by contractor and specialist. - Select of design, and owner direct procurement of furnishings, art works and accessories. - Coordinate and execute turn-key projects when necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Graduated with a relevant degree/diploma in Interior Design or equivalent from a recognized university. - minimum 7 years work experience in recognized design consultant/ interior design firm or relevant field. - all applicable software for drawing, rendering, sketch, idea generation and presentation, (e.g. 3D Max, Rhino, Lumion, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe SC Suite). - Knowledge in FF&E, Mood Board, Handsketch.
