Property Consultant (Sales)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Description and Responsibilities: - Rentals and Sales (Brokerage Services): - Generate income from property brokerage transactions in Thailand with main focus on the Bangkok residential market - Manage clients appointed by EightyEight Property and take advantage of high volume of clients distributed on a rotative basis - Manage property viewings for all appointed and prospective clients. - Draft the lease or sale agreement, agent agreement, inventory list and any other necessary agreements when necessary - Find and select properties in EightyEight Property’s database or by any other means necessary - Contact landlord to request availability and ensure suitability of the properties to the client’s needs - Negotiate conditions of rentals and sales transactions with the client and the landlord - Supervise inspection process during check-in and check-out - Take the lead in supervising admin and legal requirements required for lease and sale transactions. - Provide after-sale service during the whole lease period (for rentals)

• - อัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส - มีทัศนคติที่ดี, กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และชอบที่จะได้ทำงานท้าทายใหม่ๆ - อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี - ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ - สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี - ละเอียดรอบคอบ - มีความซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา -สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับ ดี-ดีมาก -สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (มีค่าภาษาเพิ่ม)
