At least 2 years of working experience in Hub/Transportation/Logistics, preferred in B2C logistics, of which at least 1 year working in warehouse
Preferably Team Leader/Supervisors specializing in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
Comfortable in interacting with multi levels
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good at managing cost, operations and English
Strong leadership skill self-started mentality, energetic, driven, proactive and hard working. Can-do attitude

Manage the daily operations of all of the hub activities through supervision of hub staff
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in the hub facilities
Ensure load/unload and handle the parcel to the connecting facilities happens on time and with precision
Manage recruiting, staff administration and ensure journey update, returns, exception completion reports
Lead the troubleshooting efforts from the other parties, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
Oversee the direction of the trucks and work closely with the transport/vendor to ensure professional line haul and shuttle operations
