Sports Assistant - Facilities

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversee the preparation, maintenance and clearing of sports facilities across the school and sports complex. - Ensures that all sports stores and equipment are clean and maintained in good condition and reports any damage or loss to relevant persons. - Coordinates local purchases of sports equipment and repair needs and recommends local companies for purchasing of quality equipment. - Prepares facilities and equipment for activities and competition including volleyball courts, scoring tables, electronic score-boards, gymnastic set-up, goals and corner flags. - Ensures facilities are cleared and equipment is stored properly afterwards. - Runs the officiating tables for basketball and volleyball (with assistance from students) and officiates inter tutorial games when required. - Provides coaching for school teams and school activities as required (qualified coaches only). - Prepare set-up for scheduled events including moving tents, bleachers, score-boards and preparing playing areas for tournaments. - Carries out minor repairs to equipment and arranges for repairs where necessary.
