หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Admissions Department is the first point of contact for prospective families, and the Admissions Manager has an important responsibility for promoting student enrolment and retention, directly impacting student numbers and school fee income. They lead in-person and virtual campus tours for prospective families, providing in-depth information about the school and offering advice regarding the suitability of programmes for individual applicants. They support families through the admissions and orientation process to ensure a high conversion rate of enquiries to enrolments, and a successful transition for those admitted to the school. The Admissions Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the Admissions Department, including the processing of applications, arrangement of assessments and school tours. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field. - At least 7 years’ experience in Administration, Education, or School Admissions with at least 3 years at Management Position. - Excellent Leadership and Management skills. - Outstanding communication, conflict-management, and collaboration skills. - Good Project Management and problem-solving skills. - Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
