1. At least 3-5 years of experience in IT Help Desk, IT Support, or related fields 2. Good English communications skills. 3. A good memory of how software and operating systems work. 4. Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. 5. The ability to work well in a team. 6. Problem solving skills and Attention to detail. 7. Good to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) for maintain & update document. 8. The ability to think logically and the ability to prioritize your workload. 9. Good attitude with service-mind
